Do you creak? | Arthritis Information

I have noticed in the last several weeks, that if my wrist/finger joints are at rest for any length of time (as little as a minute) and I move them, I can feel the joint "creak". This has extended into my elbow and shoulder. There's no audible "popping" (atleast not at that moment), more of just something that I feel. Was just wondering if anyone else experiences this? I find out the results of my wrist MRI on Friday and am reall hoping that helps lead the dr to a dx!I have creaked for a long time but the popping is what I worry about, it just started a little over 2 years ago and it hurts when it pops!!!  I creak whether I've rested a joint or not so I don't think I'm much help.Yes here also.  It's the popping that bothers me the most.  It's usually in my fingers and wrist, especially after golfing or exercising.  You're not alone.  LindyOHH yes, creak and pop! lol

last time, I popped soo loud, my provider turned around and just looked at me.. i didn't hear it, bc I'm soo deaf.. but i sure as heck Felt it!!!!!!!!

I do, except in my knees and ankles!! reegie2008-10-09 06:14:18I can't move without making some sort of noise. I have the creaky feeling, and I pop a lot. My husband says it sounds like I am walking on bubble wrap.
