I am searching (frantically) for any information on Rheumatoid lung disease. I had a right plural effusion, went thru multiple surgeries - now have bad rt lung. Just diagnosed with left plural effusion - lung nodules also - and am putting off same treatment in a desperate attempt to find another less invasive, drastic treatment. I can find only one small paragraph on this particularly rare complication of Rheumatoid - says methotrexate can cause this, but not much other info. Anyone??? My meds are:Methotrexate, enbrel
