This sounds like something for a consumer group to work on, Consumer's Union?I'm understanding their logic, but you cannot fault their results. I'll try and see what happened to this.
I'd really like to know the entire 5 point plan - isn't that what we all need if we're going into the hospital and having surgery?

Pip!2008-10-11 10:21:23Unbelievable! Why couldn't the 5 point plan be called "instructions" for optimum outcomes. If it's called instructions then it wouldn't be considered intrusive. This is crazy logic. Lindy
