Anyone here experiencing degeneration of the power of the shoulders, elbows, and wrists to the point that you can't lift things, open bottles, pick up plastic bags or even type? To be honest, I'm not sure where this will stop, but the pain in the shoulders is getting so bad; it's involved my elbows and wrists. I can't bend my elbows straight any more and am becoming increasingly dysfunctional after a wrist fusion.it's a difficult scenario in a family context, because suddenly you can't do all the things you used to. i think the psychological effect of r/a almost outweighs the physical effects . anyone else?Have you seen a Neurologist ?
