OUCH. I hurt everwere, my joints have been extra awefull last few days and in the past few hours my arms have gotten terrible. its not my joints though, my elbows have been bad lately from sleeping on them and I havebeeen having issues with my wrists EXCESSIVLY cracking, like i just roll my wrists and they NEVER stop cracking and popping. my doc said she doesnt car about cracking but this cant be good and its hurts! Anyway my arm right now hurts in a more of a tendonitiy way? my entire forearm hurts and it hurts most to rotate my entire arm to face my palms up and it hurts to hold things in my hand. this has happened before on my other arm and they bot sometimes hurt but this time it was so out of the blue, i was just watching tv and talking online! i really dont want any other thing making me hurt, but its is def not my joints. is this fibro stuff-i HAVE been dx with fibro years and years ago but we sort of ignore it cause ive tried all the meds and they didnt work, i am on effexor and tramadol though for it....or is this tendonitis? once when i showed the rheumy how it hurts she said o yea its just tendonitis, but she never said anything else about it, and this hurts crazzzzzy bad pleasee give me any suggestions i hurt so much and im in bed WAY too early for a sat night in a DORM! i need to do homework tomorrow it cant hurt too use my arms! legs im used to lol but arms....not as much it hurts to hold a book to read in bed...and brush my teeth, hold a cup of coffeee.....writingg has always been an issue gaaaaar why does my body hate me!!!!!!! HI Littlemermaid, I am so sorry to hear of your pain, the only thing that I can recommend with this type of flare is a short term dose of prednisone, it is truly wonderful for this type of situation, I would just try not to go on it long term like me ( 9 years) due to intolerance of dmards and biologics.
