There a couple charts throughout that list the top 10 for adverse events and the top 10 for...worse....and there, with meds you would worry about, were meds that maybe you wouldn't.
 
Chanitx takes the biggest hit, it seems.  Definitely proceed with caution on that one, I'd say.  Looks like the heparin issues were related to contamination, but they had a lot.
