Wrist Fusion | Arthritis Information
Has anyone here had a wrist fusion. I live alone and need to know what to anticipate.

No, I haven't had a fusion of the wrist... I would venture someone has and will come in to help you out w/ this.

Both of my wrists are surgically fused because they were bone on bone and extremely painful. The left was done in 1989 and the right in 1991. I have had absolutely no problem with the fusions. There is nothing I can't do with fused wrists and most people don't even realize they're fused. For me, it was a good decision.
