Just a little reminder to let all our Tidewater Va. members know that the Arthritis Foundation is sponsoring it's annual Jingle Bell Run, this...
NOVEMBER 19th 2005 Saturday, at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens at 3:00 PM.
If you care to join in the fun and run/walk for all Arthritis sufferers in your area... please call 1-800-568-4045 and ask for information on the Jingle Bell Run event at the Norfolk Va. Botanical Gardens. They will give you the information you will need to join in this festive event.
I also have included a link to the Arthritis Foundations website so you can read the information that is posted there.
If you want to begin a group from AI at this years Arthritis Foundation event ( November 19th 2005 at 3:00 pm) for Tidewater Va, please PM me and let me know what you are interest in. I know this is short notice but maybe we can get it together for this year, if not, at least we can go to the gardens and support those who can.
