I have stayed out of all of this, partly because I am not as active on here as I once was, partly because I try to stay away from the anger and drama, and partly for fear of being attacked. But Audrey, if you are still here, I just want to say that while we've had our problems on this board from time to time, you brought many more here from the moment you arrived. If you decide to return, under your existing name or a new one, I hope you will consider carefully what you decide to post and get whatever help you need in dealing with your own anger.
That said, I hope whoever is posting under forum names similar to existing ones in order to impersonate people will just grow up already.

Cordy, the best thing is to be yourself and you are a nice be yourself person...AA was being herself but as you see herself is very ugly. You have come so far and have maintained every ounce of your dignity and have the respect of a lot of us on here.Awwww...Pinny, thank you so much for your lovely words about me.

I try to be dignified in the face of all I struggle with. A lot of my attitude comes from my spiritual beliefs which are wide and varied but I follow a lot of Buddhist principles which are also Christian ones like...do onto others as you would have them do unto to you and do no harm to any living thing etc.
I do realise how much respect I have and that unofficially I am often treated and thought of as one of the 'leaders' on here but I am also very aware that with that respect comes responsibility to wield my wisdom wisely.
My objective is always to help others through particularly the first five years of this thing, which is the toughest so maybe they don't have to suffer and feel as alone as I did on that journey.
Being a 'geek girl', 'info junkie' and walking encyclopedia of this disease as I am, is useful to others also. I try to share as much information as possible and hopefully it helps people make informed decisions for themselves.
I am also aware for all of us here who post, there are hundreds more lurking and listening and learning. What we say and do as experienced handlers of this disease is vital to those people coping well.
I am now going to carry that warm fuzzy around all day in my heart, Pin.

Hey pin tomorrow is your 2 YEAR anniversary here at the board....November 10, 2006.
Tomorrow is also my 18 year wedding anniversary...I have to admit I thought it was 20 yrs...I was wrong. I haven’t reminded hubby..waiting to see if he remembers, If he forgets I have leverage all week long...Hey Pinny - here I am!
And JSNM - I have no idea how I ended up on her list. I barely spoke 2 words to her and haven't been around as I'm swamped in real life.
