low dose naltrexone | Arthritis Information

Has any one here tried this?  I started on a 4.5mg dose in September.  I really believe it has helped my Fibromyalgia  a great deal.  I just don't feel as "fragile".  As far as my RA, everything seems to be the same except it seems I have less pain.  I don't take pain meds, only tylenol and I am also on mtx as well as Enbrel.
No- someone else had mentioned it to me and I looked it up on line. It seems it is difficult to get a doctor to order it and I was not confident it was safe. I believe it is not regulated by the FDA????That is so true, Snow owl.  Thank-you for the support.  It has given me some of my energy back as well as functionality.  I don't think I could do w/o my RA drugs though.  Still, the way I see it, feeling even a little better is better than the way I was feeling.  My doc is conservative, yet open -minded.  She did the research and found no harm in ldn so I got the chance to try it.  I have found no negatives yet.  I will post this web site if anyone is interested.
