Absolutely gorgeous - just as I imagined you would look Nevie.  Love Janie.XXXXX janiefx2008-11-12 02:43:23Love the hair...Is it her natural color :)Florescent Green? Absolutely it's her natural color, Rebecca.  Um, I don't mean to be critical, but I think you need to watch the chemicals in the foods you're feeding her.

She looks great - and I'm glad there are others who enjoy Halloween and dressing up.  It's my favorite holiday!!!
Cute costume!  [QUOTE=Hillhoney]Um, I don't mean to be critical, but I think you need to watch the chemicals in the foods you're feeding her.  Yeah, I'm thinking maybe ya need to go with organic foods and avoid any additives!

That's wonderful that your community does fund raising like that.  I live in a similar community of only about 5,000 people.  I know for certain that if something happened to my hubby or I, there would be so many people ready to do anything they could to help us.  And we have been able to help a lot of people in our time here, which is the best feeling in the world.

We actually were involved in starting a grass-roots organization which is called "Friends Helping Neighbors" in memory of a man from our community who was loved by everyone, because he was always on your doorstep at the first sign of hardship ready to do anything he could to help.  The organization is about 10 years old now, and I think he must be on the other side feeling very proud of the work that has been done in his name!  I think I may pass along the idea of a Halloween Disco - that sounds like a lot of fun!

Wow, Karen that organsiation sounds great. I love the name of it. Yep, I live in a similar community and about the same size. A year ago we had no network here but now we know people and they know about my RA so we have a huge network these days. At one stage I thought I would have to leave and then the whole thing blossomed and opened up for us here. It's magical. I have assorted people I can ask for help with on just about everything now. It's so lovely and reassuring. Neve feels safer because of it too.

A Halloween Disco is huge fun, a really simple idea but kids and adults love it.
