I'm thinking of getting a Hawaiian Ti plant which are supposed to grow to 6 feet.  Anyone seen one?  I would start from the bulb. Here it is Jan.

I like it.  Not sure if I've seen one around.

Good luck!

Pam and Babs-

THanks for the replies.

Pam, thanks for the picture.  It is a good looking plant.

Nice looking plant...I've seen a few of those I believe.

Here's a photo of a peace lily I've had for the last 7 years.  I've had to cut it back at least 4 times so far.  This plant grows like crazy.  I think it especially loves the sun that comes through the window.

I did'nt know they get that big.  I bet it is beautiful when it flowers!
WOW both plants are so cool. I love plants. I have all kinds. My kids think I'm crazy cuz' I talk to them and prune them all the time. I started out with plants I got in the hospital when my kids were born 15 and 21 years ago. So I have lots. Plus I love to get clippings from other plants and share mine.[QUOTE=Pam S]Wow, Kelly!  That is beautiful!!!  I think mine must need to be by the widow, it is pretty sorry looking

Thanks, Pam.  Actually, when it flowers, it's not that great at all....the flower seems very small. I've had smaller peace lilies, and they always seem prettier when they flower.
kelstev-  That is beautiful!!!!

I've had alot of spiders.  I love to grow them large and then take the babies and start new ones.  They do best in the shade.

I also like to take cuttings of various plants from friends.
Thanks Jan and Cindee
