Raynaud's phenomenon?

I am soooooooooooo COLD!  My hands are like little finger-cicles! Actually from the tips of my fingers all the way up to my elbow is pretty darn frozen! I feel like I have been lounging in a deep freeze!

My toes all the way to the middle on of my calves are frozen too!

And i am under the covers with the heated mattress pad on and STILL shivering and frozen beyond belief!

HELP!!! I am frozen and shivering and cannot move

I am still freezing! But not shivering as much now.

My hands and feet still seem to stay cold, even if I put socks or gloves on. They only way to keep them warm is to apply heat, like heating pad or hot water.

Oh and it is the pits to get into a hot shower with frozen body parts! OH THE BURN! It is just the most awful feeling ever! It burns sooo BAD!
Several of us in my family have it. Mysister has it really bad I get it every so often usually my hands are very warm, I can melt chocolate in them very easily, but if I am stressed or have been sick then I start having the cold finger tips. I carry instant handwarmers with me at all times. Joonie they do help I would get them, the warmers, going then put them in my pockets for the day. Just shake them up when they start cooling down and the warmers will last for 8 hours. They also have foot warmers too. memememe2008-11-21 05:56:56

I get SO COLD in the winter.  I will have 2 longsleeved shirts on and be cold.  It's sort of a cumulative thing.  The house will be at 72 but I just can't get warmed up from whatever time I spent outside.  My RA in my hands seems much worse in the cold.  Also I have had raynauds forever, in both hands--I think primary raynauds.  Now i am wondering if I am getting secondary raynauds in my bad joints because my right hand is noticeably colder than my left when I do get a chill.

My poor little 20 month old son inherited my cold hands.  He goes out to play in 50 degree weather and comes back with popsicle hands.  I am trying to find some gloves (not mittens) that will fit him and that has been an adventure!  My 4 year old got his dad's hands, they are always warm.
Thanks for the suggestion, meme. I use to use those all the time when I was in high school. It would be soo cold waiting outside for the bus and the bus was always sooo cold. My mom bought them for me. I would put 2 in my shoes before I would go out the door and then just before arriving at school I would take them out and put them in my backpack.

My right hand gets way colder than my left.

Also, my hands will be cold, but they will be "Sweaty"... not sure why they do that.

The imposter is at it again! Hey... I bet the imposters fat ass is too big for a california king size electric blanket. I also bet the imposter gets stuck in bathroom stalls! and fart wiggles their way out of the stall.
My fingers are fine but my mum at s 7stones 2 (a twig insect) is always cold so I bought her some those fluffy slippers you pop into the microwave. Heat them up and they stay warm for ages..... only problem is, being a twig insect she find them really heavy, apparently her partner knows when she's got them on because the floor shakes as she walks back to the sitting room. She says they are great she just feels like she's in space boots with the magnets turned on!
