LOL, Nice pup!  Hope  he doesn't get a complex by having red toenails!Aww..he's just adorable!  How big will he get?He is SOOOOO cute! That wavy patch of fur on the bridge of his nose is just BEGGING to be kissed!
He's too adorable....I love animals!
What kind of dog is he?VERY VERY CUTE!!!

What a face!!  I love him.  I'm glad you painted his little toes so you can make sure you get the right guy and everyone knows he is yours.

Very exciting!  He's a doll!
Is that an Airdale terrier or a Schnauzer?  Cute little guy.

How adorable, I Love, love ,love your puppy. I love dogs. I love cats but could never have one my son was so allergic. He no longer lives at home but he would never be able to visit if we got one now. Breaks out terribly and quickly.

I have 2 yorkies, they are my girls.

He is an Airedale Terrier and yes I already have a mini schnauzer (Gypsy) who is 1-1/2 so Clyde is going to be her new big brother.... he will grow to double her size, length & weight

Here is Gypsy ..... she had just been groomed and was watching the cat, my friend had a new camera and wanted to try it out --- this was about 6 mths or so ago ....

My wife is a pet groomer and told me that's what he was (airdale terrier)  I don't know why I didn't believe her.  Lesson for us guys, the woman is always right.

im just being a suck up to everyone tonight...........because I suck and this place rocks!!!!!
Adorable again.Did anyone ever say what kind of dog the puppy is and how big it will get?  It's exactly the type of dog I would love to get!  Cute cute cuteAirdale terrier....maybe the size of a standard poodle, but built more solid.  This is from my wife the pet groomer.  Sounds like a fairly large breed to me.  Also normally a very fair tempered dog too she believes.  So cute.  But I'm thinking something smaller that doesn't shed.  THANX!Thanks for sharing, he is adorable...Hiking_galAiredales are noted for shedding very little.... Every dog sheds some -- look for ones that shed very little.Adorable again.
Hi Goldie,

If you like the look of the puppy you may like the look of my little girl - she is a mini schnauzer and weighs 7-1/2 kilos and stands 16 inches high (to the shoulder) - I didn't get her to show so I wasn't worried about her weight and size.

The standard weight of a mini schnauzer is 10-15lbs (or 5-7 k's)
Height is 12-14 inches (or 30-36 cm)
Colour - can be Black, White, Salt & Pepper (Gypsy is more pepper than salt..lol) and black & silver...they are really quite striking dogs to look at.

As a breed they are intelligent, easy to train, loyal, gentle in nature and LOVE company, they are not a dog you get to put outside or sleep outside -- they love people and being with people (but that doesn't mean they have to live on your bed...lol)

Schnauzer's don't shed hair either (it would be rare if I found a dog hair on me or the furniture) -- but they need clipping about 4 times a year.  I choose to get Gypsy clipped in the traditional schnauzer clip (as in the photo), but you could keep the coat the same length all over if you want to (and I do in winter to keep her warm)

(Airedales are about double the weight and height of a mini szhnauzer)

This was taken about 4 mths ago (she was about 13 mths old), my friend took it with her new camera when she had just been groomed and was watching the cat - I think it is a good photo......

Maz-aust2008-12-01 16:01:23You could try a miniature pinscher too but some can be mean little buggers.  Mine is a feisty little girl.  Loves to nip at peoples feet and the yapper on her...whoo!
