Well we had our baby! Such a pretty little one she is.

I am taking a new med. Chloroquine Phosphate. I had some exrays done of my feet and my shoulder. My feet have been in a terrible mood lately. RD thinks it is osteo. LMAO!!
I obviously disagree. He thinks i am nuts, i think he is nuts. As long as he gives me immune suppresants i guess we can disagree on things. I guess i could have osteo also. But i don't see how quitting taking my plaquinil would make me have an osteo attack? And the disagreement only pertains to one toe. Not a big deal.
Here is the current plan. I got one week of meds. If i have any problems at all i am to quit taking and call RD. Then they will just try another med. If i have no problems i will get refills.
This is great. Because i have been being forced to take things i was allergic to and that does not help people get to feeling better. So on this plan i am impressed be on belief. So far so good took new med five hours ago.
Well had yet another abcessed tooth. Lucky me a big piece of bone broke off with the tooth. About the size of a long finger nail. So no imediate comfort there. Then we got hit by the virus.
My son said he was very proud of me for getting back on the computer today. My brain fog has been extreem and thinking just seemed as of late to do more harm than good. That is thinking was actually painful. So yes i just quit using my brain for a few weeks. I took a headache pill about four days ago. It helped make me feel better but it made the brain fog even worse. So i am thinking maybe i will take one a week. Then i would get four good days out of the week. The other three days of the week will be spent being very spacy and acting like someone that is on too much medication. Anyway today is the best my brain has been in months.
I was wondering how you were doing! Sorry to hear of the difficulties you've been dealing with.  Hopefully they'll find a workable solution soon!

I have been so determined. I went to the eye doctor, the dentist, the RD, the hospital to get films and test done. Just everything all in the same time frame. Seriously my sis had the baby while i was getting my tooth pulled.
Some times life can get a bit discouraging. Doing so much while you feel yuky. We just have to remember to keep on fighting.
I had to wait three months for the RD appiontment. Then I walked out of there with out any medds. I was not happy. I wasn't worried because i new my GP would not stand for it. But for some reason the RD just wanted to put some thought into. I guess he was to busy while i was there. So the next day i had my tooth pulled. Well it was the nurse from the RD's office on the vioce mail. But i had not checked the vioce mail i felt bad from getting my tooth pulled. So by the time i went to my GP to complain I did not know that the RD's office was trying to call something in for me. Then i called them back and the doctor was on vacation. Oh what a crazy life we lead. It just isn't ever as easy as i imagine it should be. The world needs to work a little harder to live up to my expectations. LOL
Oh she is just the sweetest baby ever. Glad you have a bright spot in your life among all the troubles. You're a tough one Millie- hang in there and enjoy that little baby! Milly - I missed this thread, and also had been wondering about you.  Congratulations on all fronts.  Glad you are back on track!  CathyCongrats on that new baby Milly.  It's good to hear from you, it's been a long time.  Sorry about the tooth, that sounds really awful.  I hope your xrays show reveal something useful, and that the new med works well for you.  You take care of yourself and check back in when you can.  Oh yeah....your new neice, what's her name? Linncn2008-11-28 19:31:10Hi Milly - congrats on the baby and try to get better.  You know, you need to chase the men~

Good thoughts from here. Thanks to all. My brain fog is doing much better. I looked up the medicine to see how long it takes to start working. Did not find that answer. LOL But i am on a much higher dose than it says. What i read was 150 mg twice a day. Then it said to cut back to 150 mg once a day after two weeks. I am taking 500 mg once a day of Chloriquine Phosphate. I am just glad it does not make me tired. I really hope the energy level last. I am not doing a much with the extra energy because my right arm doesn't work because of the shoulder. But i did think i had a bit of improvement with the swelling in my feet and ankles today. Yesterday it seemed worse. Maybe just wishful thinking. I am just trying to be patient. Lincoln the babies name is Katie.
