If someone reported another poster to the administrator, I imagine the administrator would have some communication with the alleged offender. He/she might tell the offender what was said and/or who said it, so that the alleged offender could modify his/her behavior appropriately. Otherwise - what would be the point of making the complaint? Even if the administrator did not disclose the name of the poster making the complaint, the alleged offender would probably have a good idea of who made the complaint.
