Thanks for the info, seems like a pretty good site. I have been in a awful flare for the past week and have been really suffering. I had to laugh about the exercise part, yes, I know we should....and I do stretching and so very light exercises, but as for more of that..it just is not possible when I am in so much pain. today my calf muscles are so sore, I have tried everything to relive the pain...and NOTHING is working.

thanks for the link lesle. this dr. nye is practicing in my part of the world. he sounds so kind. maybe he will come home with me and take care of me. ha ha.
