So I'm going thru old emails trying to cut over to the new filing system and this is from one of the research publications I get.

It's also the first time I've seen the following in a research publication -

What are page charges and does this mean somebody paid for this study?  Anybody got a clue?

Ask Lev, he is the only one with the right answers and has been ordained to do the job.  We are waiting ...Maybe it is similar to when you self-publish a novel?  Don't you pay the publishing costs yourself in order to get your work out there?Don't know.  Let us know if you find out.
