OT Pleave vote for your favorite photo | Arthritis Information

 

I have decided to make a facebook page for myself.  However, browsing through my pictures, the most recent one I have is of me in my friends wedding in May all dressed up.  Before that, it was like a year earlier and nothing good.  So I set out today to get a picture of myself and I am getting a bit frustrated.  I had hubby take a bunch before I left for work and they all have red eye and I can figure out how to photoshop them or anything.  Than, I did some self portatraits at the office and of the zillion I took, I have 4 or 5 that are decent enough. But I can't decide which one is the best.  Could you guys please take a peek and vote for your favorite??  THANKS!!

I vote #1 and #5 , they all look good though.I like #4!4 & 6.....My goodness, you are so pretty!  Oh, to be young again. #5 #5 Number 5.  Michele, were you having a problem w/uveitis?  Glad to see it's cleared up -- your eyes are way too pretty to have uveitis!  Take care. I like 4 & 5 #4  4 or 5.  You look great! I like 4 the best, but they are all good!Thanks girls, I hope to decide tomorrow and figure out how to put it up!!

Yes, I was having problems with uveitis.  My eyes still hurt and are blurry but most of the redness has gone.  Knowing I was going to take photos today, I did use the steroid eye drops to make all the redness go away.  The restasis drops seems to be helping along with the anti biotic ointment.

I must look younger than I am or at least feel!  I am 38.  I wish my nose was straight and that my teeth weren't so yellow!  Aw well, its just the outer layer anyway!!  I am glad that my hair is starting to regrow again but you can see all the little pieces sticking up because they are too short to blend it yet!  LOL!!

No. 5 for my vote..I like 2, 4 and 6.

In my opinion, often the best photos are not ones where you are staring at the camera smiling, but rather ones that show more character than that.

Hi, #3, although any of them would be fine.  Good job too Bodak!  Janie. wow Bodak can you make us all into glamour shots? I like #5Wow, Bodak, how'd you do that????  Thanks so much, those look wonderful and I don't typically like photo's of myself.  I think I like the pink background one the best!!!!  You even touched up the pimple on my chin!!!!  Can you make me look that good everyday?

So, since you went to so much trouble to make me pretty, would you mind if I used your touched up photo on my facebook page?  If thats not approipropriate, please let me know.

Go for it Michele Bodak2008-12-12 16:40:02I like #1 and #5.  You posted a pic a while back, didn't you?  As I remember, you were having a difficult time back then, before the sarcoidosis diagnosis.  You look much more relaxed and happy now. I like 3 and 4 best.

Thanks you everyone for taking the time to help me decide!  I think with the lovely touch ups that Bodak so kindly did, I will use number 4 with the pink background as my primary photo but also include number 5!

I am feeling much better about life in general now that I have the proper dx and I am getting remicade.  I still don't feel well a lot but I guess thats to be expected with most chronic diseases!  I see my sarc doc Monday and we will how my health is fairing than!

Bodak you have such a gift!  And what a sweet thing to do!  Course, you had a very pretty subject to begin with!
