From the right side of my neck, to my shoulder, down to my elbow, thru my wrist, into my hand and in 3 of my fingers!
I think it is the weather. We went from high 60's high and now we are low 40's high. And then we had rain and tornadoes. And last night on the news... I heard the upper half of our state was to get some snow!
And then... to top it all off... I woke up this morning with the beginning of one of those debilitating headache or pain or whatever you want to call it. I head it off with pain meds and muscle relaxers. But I just felt like I had to vomit!
UGH!!!
But my head feels better but my right side of my body is in nagging constant pain and aching! Oh, Joonie, my little friend, you have certainly been through a lot lately!. This is just a suggestion, but when I ache badly like that, I will heat up my heating pad in the microwave and lie down under a nice warm quilt, with the heating pad on whatever part hurts the worst at the moment. I also take my pain meds, if it is time for them. Just try to stay there quietly til you feel a bit better.
Of course, this is difficult when you have young kids to care for, but I hope you can take the time to get comfortable and start to feel better.

Joonie - Sending you hugs, gently of course. Have you ever tried Lyrica? When I am really really achy, it is the only pain med that helps. You can layer it with other pain meds too, but ask your doctor. I hope you feel better soon.Hope you feel better soon Joonie. It's pretty crappy when your stomach won't allow you to take pain meds without spewing them back up!
Welcome to my world. I know just how you feel. I too think the weather has a lot to do with it. I have no suggestions on how to feel better. sorry.Sorry you are hurting. I hate it when you wake up first thing in the morning and it is already a rotten day.
Weather has been crazy here as well. Tons of cold rain. It is supposed to cleitar up and be nicer for the weekend then back again. Oh well....
Hope you feel better tomorrow. Does it help to take pain meds during the night so you wake up feeling a bit better?
sweetie, I hope you are feeling better soon!!! I hunker down in bed with my electric blanket on high and stay there until I have a nice nap and the meds have kicked in. Only then do I feel like taking a scalding shower and can start my day, which is at the moment, crawling to the couch.
