Hi Nini,

I just saw your last post to Lyn and see you will be having your surgery 7:15 tomorrow AM.  I'll start a prayer now and keep you in them. Best of luck to you for a successful outcome and a speedy recovery. Please let us know how you made out as soon as you are able!

Yes, best wishes.I've been thinking about you today Nini,...good luck tomorrow!!Nini, please add me to the prayer list.  Here's hoping that you have a good nights sleep tonight.  Will be praying for your hubby too, hoping that it will give him the extra strength that he will need at this time.
Huggin ya....
Nini - your sweet soul will be your strength.  My thoughts and prayers are with you tomorrow and for the recovery ahead.  Take care.

Thank you so much, Wanttobe, for starting this. I can't sleep, of course. It's 1:15 am and we leave for the hospital at 4:30 am. I check in at 5:30, surgery at 7:15, and supposed to be about 7 hours long.

It is such a comfort to see all your kind words. I want to thank each of you. And knowing I have the prayers of friends brings me a lot of peace.

I'm a bit scared, of course, as this is a very complex surgery. But there is a potential for so much improvement, that I must do it. I haven't had a lot of quality of life for a couple of years, now. If all goes well, my Darling and I will be going to Maui this summer to walk in the sand. (therapy, you know).

Again, your thoughts and prayers mean more to me than you can know.

My love to each of you.

Hugs, Nini

My thoughts and prayers go out to you for your surgery and recoveryHey everyone- Nini must be having surgery right now- it would be a good time to say a prayer that God be with the surgeon & guides his hands.Praying that your surgery goes smoothly and that you have a speedy recovery, Nini!I'm thinking of you, Nini... wishing the best outcome and I hope you're dreaming of walking in Maui.......
