Dryness and infection ? | Arthritis Information

Just wondering when you are dry and trying to kick a lung infection how much pred do you usually take?

They raised my antibiotics yesterday. I don't freak out about infections much except when it is in my chest. It has been really bad.

The ENT freaked out on me finally yesterday. I am glad he got concerned. He did order some exrays of my sinuses. I will see how this higher dose of antibiotics works for a few. I think i will insist on a chest exray next week. Holidays and all i have to see what day GP is in.

I have been over doing it with all of the doctor appointments and PT. Time to take it easy and try to get well.

I do feel a tiny bit better than yesterday. I think i aquired a virus or the flu a few days ago. My sinuses took a turn for the worst. Or maybe RA. The left side of my face was swollen when i woke up. Not super bad but it really hurt. So it was def a good day to get an exray.
