http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17189244?dopt=AbstractBump............A little help, please?  So, if I interpret right, rituximab good RA thearpy, fairly well tolerated but may be an issue with immunoglobulin... That last bit is where I get lost.  I get that immunoglobulin  are "proteins produced in lymph tissue in vertebrates and that function as antibodies in the immune response" but what happens if they are too low?  (Sorry if this is a dumb question, just trying to muddle through to understand)  Thanks!
