I found the little booklets that Hospice gives family very helpful when my Grandma Honey was dying.

I like it alot , too.bumpI like Abbey Press. Their Elf Help Books are fabulous and worth checking out. They are small books on one aspect of life: Acceptance Therapy, Forgiveness Therapy, Slow Down Therapy, Peace Therapy. I have been collecting them for years. They also have a selection of Elf Help Books for kids on subjects like self esteem, loss of a pet, bullying etc.

I think most of us in chronic pain would probably pray a lot. I know I do. I ask God to help me look after Neve but sometimes I simply can't see how I am going to do it without some divine intervention of some kind.

Yes, the Elf Books are good. I think all their stuff is very positive and uplifting.

As you say, Jan Lucinda, all of One Caring Place's stuff is extremely positive and uplifting. When I can afford it I want to get the Elf Help Books for kids. I think Neve would really benefit from them.

Thank you so much for sharing this as I did not have their website, I would have had to look it up but since you posted this I have bookmarked the site. I am going to go through the Care Notes when I have more time with Neve back at school. She is still on holidays until 27th January.
