Hello Friends,
I came back because I need you guys so much. Hope everyone is fairing well with their RA. I have been on MTX and prednisone since October and am not walking any better but am less stiff than I use to be. My Rheumy wants me to go on Enbrel. I asked him if I can see an orthopedic surgeon first to see if there is anything he can do to help me walk again. My arches have fallen and maybe that is part of my not walking well. Also my knees are involved. I don't know I'm just trying anything that might help. He gave me a referral so I go next Tuesday. I hope there is something they can do. I'm so tired of not being able to walk. Anyway, I missed you guys and am glad to come back.

Hi there, Happy new year to you. Sorry your walking isnt too good, Fallen arches can cause difficulties with your feet and knees( my daughter had collapsed arches). Maybe you do need another med added and Enbrel is okay , it helped my RA but i took an allergic reaction to it so had to stop.I hope your appointment is successful, let us know. Not being able to walk properly is horrible, I have been the same for a while now, just lots of pains( like broken glass) in my feet and ankles, nothing seems to help .HI Aleva!
