Like me, I see that Gramma Skittles hasn't been active in the Forum for some time. I need a kind favour please.
I need to contact Liz urgently regarding a photograph I promised to try and take for her, I have just sent her a PM from here. but see that she also hasn't been active in the forum lately. I have a friend who is travelling on Friday, who is willing to take the photo, but I will need some more details from her asap!! asap!! , to compensate for the time difference.
I'm sure that some of you on here will be in contact with her, could I please ask you to get her to check her PMs on here for an urgent message regarding her photograph from me.
I will get back and post a proper message to you all soon, but thank you anyone who is able to contact Liz for me and get her to check her PM'S on here. As for me, I'm in really good health again, and back in control of my life, medicated, but RA back under control . Only minor stuff going on now for the last year, and I'm working as a Real Estate Consultant and really enjoying it. Plenty of exercise, as I am now one of those awful people that walk the streets knocking on doors and filling up letter boxes!! Still, it is great to have a purpose (other than just I need to walka lot for my RA) that is earning me a living as well. And of course the interactions and challenges that being back in the working world brings!! After two years not able to work, I finally found something that I could work at my own pace, and that is just great!!
I see a lot of new people on here, and many others are not here any more - this place was a huge comfort to me, just radiated warmth and friendship, lots of kindness and support. Fun & friendly - people reaching out to people - a great place!! Long May It Reign!!
