hi....this is my first time here.

Would like some input on AP as I stumbled on it on this message board.

I have RA and am exploring anything that will help me.

Thanks, Janet

Hi, nice to meet you! I'm also new here and don't know what AP is. Good luck! Love, Juliah

I am also new, but I think AP is antibiotic protocol?

I am also blundering around all the terms and facts etc.......but keep going this is a great site to find stuff out.

Thank you...

I'm going to my doctor this Thursday and will discuss it with her.

You can find information at the roadback.org website.  A lot of people have gotten well by using the antibiotic protocol/therapy with tetracyclines such as Minocycline and Doxycycline.  There is a lot of useful information there.  If you are new to this disease you need to do a lot of research to educate yourself and find out all the options you have.  Different things work for different people and we all have to find what works best for us.  Good luck.

Thanks "Missing"....sometimes I feel like I'm missing (everything I used to be), but I guess I can't look back.  Went back on prednisone this a.m., but know I have to do something more constructive instead of distructive....am working on it.

Thanks

Missing is correct,AP is Anti-biotic Therapy and the website for that is www.roadback.org   Like Missing suggests one has to be very educated re your RA and this website is execellent not ony for knowledge re the therapy but understanding RA as well.  This therapy is execellent and would defenitely consider it, but read everything about it on the site.

Hope all goes better for you.
