OT: Abbi-Kitty's New Hiding Place (pic) | Arthritis Information
Have not posted a pic of Abbi-Kitty in a while. She has not been doing much of anything cute lately. She has been a reclouse and hiding out in my daughters room.
As ya'll know... Abbi-Kitty does not like my son so much. So... she has to find places to hide from him. Well... last night son had her and she did not like that. So... she found a new place to hide.
yeah... we have not took down our tree yet. Heck! We did not even put it up until the week before Christmas
Last night I kept getting woke up by sounds of stuff hitting the floor. Abbi-Kitty was playing with the ornaments and knocking them off into the floor. This morning when hubby got up to get ready for work, he had to get her out of the tree because she "could not" get down. After she ate and used her litter box she climbed back into the tree. She is swiping at the ornaments right now as I type this.

So cute! We had to lock Marley up every night while the trees were up, (and every time I left the house). He would steal glass icicles and other ornaments. I was mostly afraid he would hurt himself. We took the trees down in a timely fashion this year because I was so tired of having to lock him up! Lacute pic joonie, I havent seen you on in a while. How are you???

My cat never climbs the tree but when the "grankitties" were visiting I kept a squirt bottle of water nearby and they got sprayed if they were too close and looking curious.The ornaments didn't break when they hit the floor? We don't have cats anymore, but Peapod looked just like Abbi. She was a feral kitten living in our wood pile, I think she got lost from her family and was attracted to our dog and other cat, Toto. She became a wonderful pet, although she brought alot of small animals back to the house to show off, even had a live baby rabbit in her mouth one day. Better get on that tree Joonie, Russian Christmas is over, I had no more excuses, got mine down yesterday.Thanks everyone. Abbi-Kitty might be a stuckup prissy kitty to me, but I still LOVE her! She is kinda like one of my kids.
Nope, the ornaments did not break when hitting the floor, because they are plastic aka shatterproof. Have to have those because of son. He is worse than a cat. He will decorate and redecorate the tree until he just drives you mad, by telling you to come look at what he done
Yeah, we are not really wanting to take the tree down, because son cried when MIL took hers down. And he told us he was be very angry if we took ours down. So... we have been letting it up for a while longer and try to wean him off the tree LMAO! He already took off about 4 of the bottom branches. Sooo... not to much longer and it will be down for good.
Besides Abbi-Kitty likes sleeping in the tree. It is good to actually see her. Usually she is hiding out in daughters room, and I had not seen her for almost a month. Well... I mean I seen her, but not for long. Just for her to go bathroom and eat and then back to daughters room she would go. She gets like that every so often. She becomes a reclouse. Kinda weird I think.
Wantobe-My son and I tried squirting Marley the first day the trees were up. He is so fearless that he was soaked from head to toe, continuing to bite the lights, so we had to cease and desist!
Heck.... just a few minutes ago hubby took the air conditioner out of our window LOL! He is such a procrastinator! Now it will not be cold in our room! Wooohooo!!

Yeah... I bet she is proud of herself. SHe is laying under the tree right now. She was in it again, but she got down to go eat and did not climb back up yet. She has knocked down 3 branches off the tree. So... between her and son... the tree should be down by this weekend if hubby does not take it down That is so cute! My Sons dog can just about climb Tree, he loves to chase squirels. I love animals. They are a lot of company.

Yeah, I think my cat does not like me. She always has attitude towards me. I think it is because I brought her home or that she associates me with baths. Either way... she does not seem to care for me much. But she likes me much better than she likes my son LOL!LOL, I always felt cats are out for themselves, If they come around it is because THEY want to come around, you know they have the all about me attitude. Dogs have a more what can I do for you and and glad to see you personality.
