I'm curious if anyone else here has decided to give the new Windows 7 beta a try? I have an extra hard drive lying around here somewhere for my laptop and thought I'd give it a spin and see how it stacks up to XP.

No, the "Microsoft" label means there are still bugsYep. They give you fair warning about that one the site. They tell you to use a pc that you don't rely on for the beta. Since I have another hard drive though I can install my current OS (Win XP) on it then use it for the beta and not have to worry about losing any important info on this one. Just shut down and reinstall the "good" drive and fire it back up. I have it right here burned on a dvd as an ISO file, I just have to work up the nerve to try it.
