LOVE this stuff.  Not only does it help with PMS, it has been noted to help kill cancer cells.
 
The problem with WebMd - which is owned by Medscape - is that the content is sponsored.  I've found that the info there is traditionally slanted as well as it ignores the research from the 'opposing side'.
