Hi - I am new here. Just trying to find my way around this site. There seems to be alot of info here!
I was diagnosed on New Years eve with RA. Happy new year. I will be 50 in a couple of weeks. My doctor put me on anti-inflammatory Lodine to start and will see me again in a couple of days. The meds don't seem to be working. I can't even walk in the am. Using a doorknob is out of the question. Besides the obvious (still in alot of pain and extreme exhaustion) are there any questions I am not aware of that I should ask him??

Get a full Blood work up. See what your RA markers are. Having a great RA doc is a luxury also. It sounds like a DMARD is in your future. Thats Disease modifying drugs . Post on the RA thread for any ?......Welcome.....6t5
