I'd like to read this article but I still don't have a registration at the NYT. on drugstore.com you can get 12 boxes (24 injections)  which for most people is a years supply for 11.  Sounds like your insurance company is really trying to make a crazy profit
I think it is absolute greed and corruption.    That money in going in some CEO's pocket and probaby funds his golden parachute.
