I went shopping this afternoon and my feet started hurting and then they started feeling numb. Of course my knees and hips got stiff from the walking and it is pretty cold outside here in Illinois. But has anyone ever had their feet feel numb?

My fingers and toes get numb quite often....especially when it's really cold. They get real red too. Sometimes my fingers will do that for no real good reason at all.
