I've used these and really found them to work well.......

Those look great, like you can still accomplish some tasks while wearing them. Thanks for the tip!Wow!  Those look like they would work a lot better that the way I do it... cramming an ice pack or a heating pad in my brace and using velcro  to reach around.  Ugly, very ugly.

Thanks Lynn!!! wow... they look great... and inexpensive!  They look great!  I think they might cause too much of a stir at work tho- LOL
