Just wondering if anyone has had success with Kineret. Since I've failed all the biologics and AP, my rheumatologist wants me to try Kineret as a last resort. I will get my last Orencia infusion tomorrow, then start on the Kineret injections in two weeks. I'm also on Methotrexate, Plaquenil, and Medrol, but my pain/inflammation and CRP/ESR continue to rise.Hi Gail, I'm sorry about the rising numbers. What dose of MXT are you taking? Is this contraindicated???I think you can take MTX with Kineret. I didn't but I wouldn't see why not. I took Kineret for some time when it was first introduced. It didn't do much for me, but I hope it works well for you. I'm kind of in your situation as well only I still have Orencia and Rituxan left to try as well as a higher dose of Remicade. We're going to initiate 5mg/Kg dose next week
