Hi members,

I have suggested a ginger soak to relieve any pain in the past on this board. I was wondering if anyone has tried it?
If you need more info on how to make the brew, I will post it again. This really works!sure please post again! How to make ginger soak.

Cut up about a lb. of fresh ginger in chunks. Put in a pot of fresh water (enough to go over about one inch above ginger). Bring to full boil, then lower heat, simmer for one hour. Cool until comfortable and then soak hands or feet for about 15 mins. I like it pretty HOT! It may tingle the first time. I think this means it's working...: )
You can save this in the fridge up until about a week. Make sure it is refridgerated or it will mold.

I'd like to know if anyone tries this and how it worked for them.

I got this info from a health magazine and I find that I feel relief almost immediately! Good luck!hatehavingra38692.5010763889Thanks so much! One question....do i have to peel the ginger?NYALI,

No, you don't have to peel the ginger. I just rinse it first. Hey, if you try it, please tell me how it goes. With the weather getting colder lately, my hands have been achey. Make sure you use a timer. Good luck!
