Hey I was just wondering if anyone on this site crunches ICE... I can't seem to stop doing it. The Dentist says its bad for my teeth but I have been eating Ice for years now. My General physhcian said it's from my Anemia thats a sign of low iron. Man I don't know what to do. I can go like the weekend with out eating Ice unless I end up at a resturant or something. But if I stay home I don't crave it so much. But as soon as I get to work, we have an ICE machine here I get a big cup full. I only have one cup a day but other times I eat two.
Your2smart, Crunching Ice could cause cracks and hairline fractures on your teeth! It can also wear down the enamel and cause cavaties. Try to break the habit. Do get checked for anemia. But, please stop the ice crunching before it cost you a trip to your dentist. Try using a straw when you order cold drinks and stay away from the office ice machine
Take care,
