Hi Jollie. I had some osteoarthritis start up in my hand and my low back. I had some relief from a glucosomine/chondroitin/msm suppliment, but I had to suppliment it with advil. A lot! I use Xango now, the mangosteen juice. It's powerful antioxidants, xanthones, are COX2 inhibitors, which cause inflammation and pain. For more info on the mangosteen and some testimonials and research, go here: http://www.mangosteenfruitinfo.com/  If you want more info, email me at wendyrj65@gmail.com  I hope this helps.

Hi --

I have extensive osteoarthritis along with Still's Disease (virtually the same as juvenile rheumatoid arthritis). It's no fun. The really important thing is to keep moving -- I would especially recommend water exercise classes geared to those with arthritis. If you go to http://www.arthritis.org and key in your zip code in the box on the left hand side, it will show you programs near you. These are usually low cost. The other important thing is is one is overweight to get that under control. The less stress on the joints, the better.

New here as well.  My son has gout and psoriatic arthritis.  He is trying something new which is a all natural product and so far so good.

No gout attacks in over a month ( which is a real biggie to him) and the pain in his ankles when he climbs the stairs to his 3rd floor apt. has decreased, plus he says he has gained some energy as well.
