HACA test for infliximab antibodies | Arthritis Information

 

To my knowledge there are only a few labs that perform this test.  This happens to be the Cleveland Clinic's reference lab but there is a lab in California I believe called Prometheius labs that also do the test.  I don't understand what would be so complicated about it.  It's done on the ELISA test methodology which is one of the standards for HIV detection other than a test method called PCR which uses DNA amplification and replication techniques to identify the virus.
