OK guys it's December 10 and I am curious how many of you R here. Let me know how you feel POST today. We need eachother and we can help eachother get through. How R you? R U ILL? What has your doc said? ANything U want to say. Lets get this board going...I'm here.......Today on the 1-10 scale and 10 being the best, I am a 5. I am tired of my arms hurting. I could have stayed in the shower this AM for an hour.

I'm here, check in daily and post often, but don't often get replies. I too would like this board to be more active.
I am going through a very bad flare, spent all day yesterday in bed and wish I could do the same today. I am thinking about calling my RD again for an appointment as I am in so much pain, especially my thumbs and don't know really what to do, except to wear my hand braces. I also have OA.

Here I am again today. 12-12-05 I think I feel like a 4 today. My head is hurting and as usual my arms are too. I think I see a nap in my future. I have been trying to do some Christmas stuff and I'm pooped! Hope you all are okay today.

Well I am here also and so far not much rage I am trying not to be ill but this pain gets the best of me at times.I am goona try to find a counselor or skrink to talk to tomorrow. Keep me postedI'm here and today I'm at a pain level 7. I really hope we get this forum going more frequently as I really could use the support and know that others out there actually feel like me. My family is not supportive at all and the couple of friends I do have..well, have their own problems and no time to listen to me much less be here for me physically with help I need around my apartment. I'm really alone in this and am trying to find the energy to deal with the Fibro pain. Anyone know of any good support groups in the Dallas/Fort-Worth, TX area? Being on the computer causes me pain!
