So glad it helps. I'm for anything that help bring back normal. I may look into it as well as I spend lots of time reading too.
Now if they could only make some of these medicine package more RA friendly. I take one of those acid reflux meds and it is a struggles to get the darn pill out of the package. I'm always thinking they could package them in an easier open way.
