OT: My Mom Again | Arthritis Information

So... I called my mom a couple of times yesterday to talk to her, and each time I was told she was sleeping. The last time I called which was at 8:30pm, I was told she was sleeping and then I said "STILL!? Did anyone go and check to see if she was alive?" My nephew did not know the answer so he said he would ask someone and hung up on me.

Then this afternoon, my sister called to tell me our mom was back in the hospital again. My mom had been dizzy and then all she has been doing is sleeping. So... my sister took her to the doctor today and they admitted her because they do not know what is going on with her. They did an MRI, bloodwork and some other things. They think she might have a blood clot in her heart or a DVT. They say it is common after heart surgery and her being a diabetic and all.

I cannot go visit her because I still feel a little under the weather and I do not want to get her sick, that is why I have not been to visit her this week. Plus, everyone else was sick and where I go they all have to go with me LOL!

So... please pray for my mommy.
Many prayers going up! Hope they find out what's wrong quick and she gets better soon! Keep us posted! [QUOTE=joonie]

Big, giant, gentle hugs to you, Sweetie. Please take care of yourself.

Much love, Nini
Thanks for the prayers everyone. They are greatly appreciated.

The last time I visited her, she did not look like she felt well. She just looked tired and she said she had not been sleeping well.

This has to be pretty scary for you Joonie.  I'll be praying for you and your mom.

I'll be calling her tomorrow to see how she is doing. I did not want to call her tonight, because of all the testing she had done and she probably just wanted to sleep. I know how that goes.

I will let ya'll know how she is when I hear something from my sister.

Thanks for the prayers.
