I'm still enjoying the sun and fun on Miami Beach.......  but I popped in a few times.. gotta watch how much sun I'm getting  Another good D articles.  Babs, hope you're having a great time.  I got sunburned yesterday.  I forgot to put sunscreen on the top of the girls and had a new swimsuit and the cut is different than my old one.  Live and learn and burn.  Lindythe best part is ...... my DH and I are alone!!  He's working here... I'm visiting..
 
He burned on his legs.. but I think he'll live.....  I'm okay.....got some sun but wore screen.
 
I LOVE sunshine!!  the beach.... the sand.... the surf....

I never thought much about Vit D. 

Then a recent lab test showed mine to be a very low 19.  I now take 2,000 IU besides the 400 inside my Calcium tab.
Then I had a bone density test done this month. I have osteopenia.
