"God knows, we do not have a monopoly of wisdom in the UK either, but
our dumbed down, more thinly spread NHS caters far better for the
impoverished than does the American system. If I have an acute medical
problem, and I have the cash or the insurance, take me to the Mayo
Clinic. But if I am unemployed and have a chronic medical problem like
Rheumatoid Arthritis, I will stay in the UK thank you very much."
