Silver Needle White Tea? | Arthritis Information

My neighbor told me she heard great things about silver needle white tea in terms of its health benefits. I've looked online and have read on one of the sites that it is 10% higher than green tea in antioxidants. It is listed as being an anti-inflammatory, like green tea. Anyone have any info or experience on this? I am desperate for a little relief and am going to go back to guzzling my Bigelow green tea w/mint, at least...!
AmyI drink green tea and white tea (I even have some silver-needle white tea at work) but have never noticed any benefit from drinking it (other than the pleasure of hiding in my cube and sipping my tea while surfing the net at lunchtime) White peony is another delightful white tea (and slightly less expensive that silver needle) that is high in catechins.
