Amazing VitD Video Lecture | Arthritis Information

Not sure if someone has posted this link before, but no matter, its too important to not see again IMO.

I have just watched the video link below and have been totally enthralled by this wonderful presentation.  OK, it is a long video, around 45 minutes but if any of you want to learn all there is to know about the importance of VitD and the implications of a deficiency, (and we have had heaps of discussions about this the past few months) then this is the info you need.
I for one, will be checking with my pharmacist and going onto a more aggressive VitD regime from now on.

thanks Lyndee.. I'll watch them when I gather 45 minutes (later tonight)

without reading.. I want to share my experience in the last week.....

I got sunshine for four days a week and half ago......  four days of rays.....the first sun in at least a year.........
about four days after that...... I have relatively little swelling ..... I can SEE my ankles!!!  I can't tell you the last time I could....
So, even with taking Vit D by mouth..... I wasn't getting the benefit that I got in four days of some sunshine (w/ sunscreen) ......
I can still see my ankles......  a week and a half later......  woooo hooo!!

Good on you Babs..I cant imagine not being in the sun for a year!!

Hope you keep seeing those ankles!

The solution is to go out every day for 30 min and then apply sunscreen.

I stopped going out, other than to reach my car, when my wonderful little dog died 2 months ago. No desire anymore. I'll have to make a big deal about it to myself now. I'll try.

So, thanks for this lecture by this entertaining man who really knows his stuff about vit D.
