Spider

A friend sent this to me, and although spiders are not listed at the top of my favourite creatures list, this one is, is, is, well, it is fascinating.
Not a spider fan either, but that was cool.  YIKES! Spiders scare me!I fed him!!! That was cool! This is awesome!  How do they do this?  Technology is advancing too fast for this old gal. LOL
Thanks for sharing...
My brother use to have thes iredecent blue taratulas.  They were really pretty.this is great  the kids love it

we are HUGE insect hunters around here. the kids have bug cges etc.. I'm working hard on getting them as comfortable with spiders as they are with sow  and pill bugs and centipiedes

When my son was 5 years old he carried around the Audobon Field Guide to insects with him everywhere he went.  He would find a bug, look it up, learn about it and retain all the information!  He was fascinated by insects, and felt like a little scientist studying and learning about them.  It was wonderful to see him so engaged, and it was an excellent
learning tool.

Kathy, take a look at the Field Guide - I would really encourage you to get one for your kids, because it sounds like they love bugs just like my son!  The photos are full color, and it is easy to figure out just what kind of critter you have caught!
Cool site, Shug!  I love the spider!  I tried some of the others too.  My break dancer look... well... sick, but I could feed the snake pretty well!  LOL I could not ski!!!  That game was pretty representative of how I do on the slopes!

Fun, Thanks!
