Feeling buzzed, hard time sleeping, then fatigued. | Arthritis Information
WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!?!?! I wasnt like this until during this last month. I still havent had my period thanks to prednisone so I dont know if my hormones and body are out of whack or what but my BAD fatigue started last night and today my arms feel weak and extremely tired and my legs are extremely fatigued to.
UGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH it sucks... Im either over amped or over tired. It makes me feel like my blood sugar is crazy or something or my blood pressure is whacko.
Abby, I know when I take prednisone, it makes me feel just the way you describe. I try and counter by warm epsom salt baths, chamomile tea or warm milk, deep breathing exercises for sleep and I take Trazadone. But even all that does not help sometimes. With me, it starts to get better when the prednisone starts to leave my system.
That drug is a great aid for soothing the inflammation, but it sure has its down side! It usually makes me feel like strangling someone one minute to crying the next to running a marathon... you get the picture!
