Arthritis Information -RA and exercise

I have my one year anniversary with RA this March. What I would like to know about is anyone familiar with any exercise program that is safe for RA. I have a huge problem with fatigue and have literally not done any type of exercise for the past year which has included three flares.
How do you push past the fatigue to exercise?? I work full time in health care and put in 8-10 hour days. Any suggestions would be appreciated.Wow, you posted in March and noone got back to you...  Well, I will tell you of my vast experience. I found in times of remission gentle exercise that did not include bouncing, jumping, running.  I started  with light weights and stopped if my pain increased or something felt "glitz".  I just started back yesterday and I took it slow and easy.  I gave my right shoulder bursitis "from my present arthritic joint condition" when I was walking on a TREADMILL. Yes, my shoulders were boucing and I started with a pain that was sharp.  I needed lots of ice for that one, for about  3 weeks.  The fatigue is tough, I like coffee... GOOD LUCK....
