I've got a new blog up and running.
Jans stories on seagulls got me to thinking of when I got RA.
I decided to fill in some blanks as to what was going on when I spotted the scene.
The backstory.
Bodak2009-03-27 13:15:19Isn't it amazing when you're down and out trying to figure out what's next and something small comes around to snap you back into reality. RA is the pits, but life goes on. It sucks when you have to stop doing the things you love, but it's a good challenge to find something new to try.
I'm off to the beach today with my camera.........I'm missing my seagulls....but I'm going with coffee, and not icecream. Hey - regarding the name change...I love it. That is so frustrating when you hear "Oh, I have arthritis too"........not that I don't feel bad for someone with arthritis, but if you're trying to do something simple, like open a pepsi or button your shirt and can't, it's not the normal little ache of osteo arthritis.
Off of my soap box now...........
I really think a name change could help those that suffer to explain the differences with what they have and what you have.
